We've put some extra measures in place to keep you and our team safe.

Please :

Complete Covid-19 waiver form before arrival
Bring your own mask - our artists will be wearing full face visors and masks.
Don’t come if you have symptoms of coronavirus - just call us!
Come to your appointment alone. No plus ones!
Please follow Covid-19 health & safety government guidelines whilst on site

As always we will be maintaining regular and thorough cleaning of touch points such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom facilities.

A detailed COVID -19 Risk Assessment has been undertaken.

Staff have been briefed on extended hygiene protocols and received additional COVID - 19 specific training as per our Risk Assessment.

We are already highly trained in cross-contamination, sterilisation and infection control and we have all undertaken additional Covid-19 training to make sure we are up to date with the most recent guidelines.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Please do not book an appointment within 14 days of travelling outside of the UK

or on an aeroplane. Unless new alternative Covid-19 Government information states otherwise.

Please get in touch to inform us if you are unsure?

You must book an appointment before arriving, No walk in inquiries permitted

You will be required to wear a face covering at all times while in the studio.

Please come to your appointment alone, Please call the studio for exceptions.

Please shower before attending your appointment and ensure you clothes are fresh on that day.

You must use hand sanitiser provided immediately upon entering the studio.

Please bring as little with you as possible and only place items in the area specified.

You may be required to sanitise other items i.e. mobile phones & headphones.

Please bring your own water bottle and food. We cannot offer tea and coffee at the moment and need to minimise trips to other establishments during your appointment.

Please respect social distancing whilst in the studio and follow your artists instructions

We recommend washing the clothes you wore during the session directly after returning home at 40°C - 60°C .

Please note that we understand there may be some exceptions to the above and will try to accommodate our customers who have specific needs
